Scott Walter Joins Albertelli Law as Director of Operations

ALAW_WalterAlbertelli Law (ALAW), a full-service real estate law firm that represents top financial institutions in the mortgage industry, hired Scott Walter to serve as Director of Operations.

Walter brings two decades of experience to his new position at ALAW, where he will focus on bankruptcy services.

Walter comes to ALAW from ServiceLink, FNF’s national lender platform, where he served as SVP of Servicing Solutions. In this role he oversaw service offerings and consultative programs.

His professional experience also includes roles such as SVP at LPS Default Solutions, where he was responsible for overseeing foreclosure and bankruptcy operations.

Walter has degrees in literature and Shakespeare and is actively involved with Minnesota Masonic Charities and the Shriners Hospital.

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, ALAW serves clients in Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The firm offers services in foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, REO, title, and closings.

ALAW is also a member of the Legal League 100, a professional association of default servicing law firms and service providers.
