Michael Doran Joins Greystone as a Managing Director 

Michael doranGreystone recently announced that Michael Doran has joined their Agency lending team as Managing Director. Doran has 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate and will focus on originating mid-to-large sized transactions for permanent, bridge and construction multifamily debt.

Before coming to Greystone, Doran most recently served as a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Prudential Mortgage Capital where he oversaw the construction and bridge programs, as well as the portfolio management and reporting team. He also served as Originations Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions and originated regional CMBS, agency, bridge and portfolio loans.

“Mike’s deep experience with a range of diverse lending products will serve as an asset to our team as we work to meet the growing demand for Agency financing,” said Joe Mosley, EVP of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Lending.

Doran has also served as VP of Originations at CWCapital, with a primary focus on conduit and Agency lending transactions. He holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
