ValuAmerica Integrates with Ellie Mae’s Encompass Software

ValuAmerica, a national provider of appraisal, title, closing and settlement services headquartered in Pittsburgh, has announced an integration with Ellie Mae, a provider of on-demand software solutions and services for the residential mortgaging industry.

The partnership has allowed ValuAmerica, a subsidiary of Clayton Holdings LLC, to integrate its ValuNet xsp platform with Ellie Mae’s Encompass all-in-one mortgage management solution so lenders can retrieve ValuAmerica’s appraisal, title, closing, and settlement services. Encompass gives users a more organized workflow, which allows users to order ValuAmerica’s appraisal and title products through the software.

“Our secure, seamless integration with Encompass enables our clients to simplify the ordering of our appraisal and title services, so they can more efficiently process mortgage loans and grow their business,” said Shaun Murphy, EVP of ValuAmerica. “We look forward to a long, successful relationship with Ellie Mae.”

Radian Group Inc., the parent company of Clayton Holdings, LLC, has introduced Encompass to multiple subsidiaries, according to Murphy. Radian Guaranty, a Radian Group, Inc. company, has previously integrated its mortgage insurance offerings with Ellie Mae, allowing lenders to access a plethora of services to streamline their businesses.
