  • To Agents: “It’s not about you. For us, it’s about finding a buyer”
  • Things they look for in new agents:
    • Experience with REO platforms
    • Ability to meet all timelines
    • Recommendations
    • Capacity matches location
    • Ability to manage expenses/ expense systems
    • Willing and able to read/ follow directions
    • Reliability
  • How to stand out:
    • Be an excellent communicator
    • Follow published guidelines
    • Be the solution, not the problem (be a solution finder)
    • Be prepared and ask questions
    • Good BPO training
    • Camera with date stamp
    • Flexible with technology (some programs don’t work on Mac, etc)
