- Experience with REO platforms
- Ability to meet all timelines
- Recommendations
- Capacity matches location
- Ability to manage expenses/ expense systems
- Willing and able to read/ follow directions
- Reliability
- How to stand out:
- Be an excellent communicator
- Follow published guidelines
- Be the solution, not the problem (be a solution finder)
- Be prepared and ask questions
- Good BPO training
- Camera with date stamp
- Flexible with technology (some programs don’t work on Mac, etc)
