Asset Valuation & Marketing Becomes AssetVal

Asset Valuation & Marketing announced it changed its name to AssetVal in order to better portray “its all-inclusive service capabilities,” the company recently announced.

After 20 years providing valuation services in the residential and commercial real estate sectors, AssetVal has expanded to add appraisal services to its list of offerings.

“Given our decades of experience in the property valuation industry, adding appraisal services to our long list of products is a natural fit for us,” said Tami Rund, President of AssetVal.

With enterprise-level technology and a strong emphasis on customer service, AssetVal offers the full suite of asset valuation products, including BPOs, data analytics, and appraisals. AssetVal tailors its services and approach to fit each client’s needs.

“We have dedicated vast resources to the appraisal management company initiative to ensure our clients are receiving the best as it relates to appraisal professionals, technology, and process design; resulting in the best credible market data available,” Rund said.

AssetVal is a certified women-owned business with several locations across the United States and two decades of experience.
