DhanInfo Expands Further With $1 Million State-of-the-Art Office

DhanInfo India Property Preservation OutsourcingIndia-based IT firm DhanInfo followed up last October's move into a new office complex in Nagpur that can house up to 600 employees with more expansion in order to meet the mortgage industry's growing demand for reputable, reliable, and accurate property preservation and data processing outsourcing and Internet marketing.

DhanInfo's latest expansion includes the opening of a new $1 million office designed to better serve its growing worldwide client base and its employees.

"The new building is equipped with the latest infrastructure, security and safety measures to ensure our clients always receive the best service available in a timely, professional manner,” DhanInfo co-founder Sarvesh Agrawal said. "The state-of-the-art facility enables us to deliver the fastest processing available while ensuring our employee satisfaction is high courtesy of a comfortable, spacious work environment that promotes productivity."

Sarvesh said that employee satisfaction is not only critical to the success of DhanInfo, but to the success of its clients.

"Employee satisfaction is very important to us, because we understand that happy employees who enjoy their work and feel valued deliver the very best in service to our clients," Sarvesh said. "That is why we went to such great lengths to ensure our new office not only delivers the infrastructure clients demand, but also the comforts that make coming to work enjoyable for employees."

The firm was founded in 2007 by entrepreneurs Sarvesh Agrawal and Vishvesh Agrawal and it has grown exponentially each year. Both of the founding entrepreneurs are highly experienced in property preservation processing and in working with American clients, as do their employees, who work to ensure that their clients' needs are always met and expectations are exceeded while eliminating cultural and communication concerns that are often associated with outsourcing.

"We believe in being resourceful, innovative and responsive to ensure our clients always receive the service they count on," Sarvesh said. "It is our mission to strengthen our lead in our current services only while maintaining our standing as market leaders in our unique niche of work."

As a global leader in property preservation services, DhanInfo continues to inform both current and potential customers of the benefits of outsourcing.  With this goal in mind, the firm is a regular exhibitor at the Five Star Conference and Expo, the National Association of Mortgage Field Servicers Conference, and the Mortgage Bankers Association Conference.
