Safeguard Properties Promotes Greenbaum to Chief Operating Officer

Cleveland, Ohio-based mortgage field services firm Safeguard Properties  has announced the promotion of Michael Greenbaum to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Greenbaum, who has been with Safeguard since 2010, has previously served as the company's VP of operations. In his new position as COO, he will continue to support Safeguard's clients and oversee the company's extensive vendor network. Also as Safeguard's COO, Greenbaum will maintain responsibility for operational excellence, driving Safeguard's internal operations processes and procedures to further increase efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.

Safeguard Properties was founded in 1990 by Robert Klein and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Safeguard is the mortgage field services industry leader, preserving vacant properties across the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam.
