Firm Solutions, assure360 Form Partnership

Tampa-based consulting, outsourcing, and technology company Firm Solutions, LLC, has announced a partnership with assure360, a full-service technology solutions provider for the mortgage default industry based in Carrollton, Texas, in order to expand Firm Solutions’ industry presence.

“We are proud to partner with a true technology company to better enhance our services to meet the individual needs of our diverse clients,” said Firm Solutions President and Chief Operating Officer Jan Duke. “This new partnership will allow both companies to leverage each other’s talents and expertise so we can offer a broader spectrum of services to our current and prospective clients.”

The new partnership will allow Firm Solutions to expand and enhance its current service offerings by leveraging assure360’s technology acumen. Firm Solutions is in the process of modifying its Portfolio Guardian application, which will provide updates on changes to court dockets for law firms and mortgage servicers. Also, the partnership with assure360 will allow Firm Solutions to make its automated e-filing solution, CourtXpress, available in addition states. The partnership will give Firm Solutions clients access to stronger technical support.

As a result of the partnership, assure360 clients will have access to Firm Solutions’ team of analysts, who are trained in reviewing and improving processes for default law firms (including processes related to audit and compliance). Clients will be able to most effectively use assure360’s technology solutions by utilizing the human element and expert consulting provided by Firm Solutions.
