LRES, a nationwide REO and appraisal management company providing property valuations, asset management, HOA, and technology solutions for the mortgage industry, has named Jeanee Chapman as the company's new client relations manager.

In her new role as client relations manager, Chapman will lead the team that is responsible for ensuring client retention and satisfaction and resolving service or product issues. She will also identify sales opportunities for current and potential clients.

Chapman has been with LRES since 2014, when she joined the company's national sales team. In her previous role with the company, she developed strategies to support the company's continued growth, and she brought 19 new clients on board in just nine months.

“Jeanee has been an instrumental part of LRES’ continued growth due to the high level of service she provides to our clients while establishing a relationship of trust and respect along the way,” said Roger Beane, CEO of LRES. “Our company relies on our talented team and I am confident that her proven expertise will be invaluable in securing the best possible results for our valued customers.”

Chapman brought more than a decade of real estate experience to LRES when she joined the company in 2014. Prior to joining LRES, she served as national sales director for a financial services company, developing and executing an effective sales strategy to target new business and recapture former clients. She has also served as an REO and secondary marketing manager for a mortgage investment company, managing note sales, lien negotiations, and REO marketing strategies.

LRES is based in Orange, California, with branch locations in Phoenix and Tulsa.
