A certified Women’s Business Enterprise, Rosenberg & Associates represents national mortgage companies in foreclosures, bankruptcies, REO settlements and evictions in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
Kozik’s practices are in real estate law with a focus on foreclosures, evictions, and bankruptcy. A member of the Virginia State Bar, Kozik is also admitted to practice in all of the Virginia State Courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
Kozik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington and Jefferson College and a Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law.
