The Home Again Nevada Homeowner Relief Program is a one-stop resource center that is accessed by calling 1-855-HLP-4-NEV (1-855-457-4638). The service is free and offers help to a variety of people in different situations. Borrowers who are underwater or seeking a modification are encouraged to call, as well as those who lost their home to a foreclosure or are seeking to become homeowners.

The call center hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Additional information can also be found by visiting ""HomeAgainNevada.gov"":http://www.homeagainnevada.gov/.

When individuals call the hotline, they will be scheduled for an in-person counseling session to determine the resources and programs available.

The session could result in assistance with accessing federal or state housing programs, referrals to a legal services organization for assistance, or advice on submitting a consumer complaint to the Attorney Generals' office if it is suspected they have been a victim of mortgage fraud.
