MCS provides property preservation services, inspections, and REO property maintenance to mortgage servicers throughout the United States and its outlying territories. The Ruston facility is the company's third; its corporate headquarters is located in Tampa, Florida, and it has an operations center in Plano, Texas.

MCS says a primary goal for opening the new office is to create stable jobs in rural America. The company plans to add approximately 90 employees to its team in Ruston over the next few years.

The local government and the community's universities strongly support the company's efforts. Ruston Mayor Dan Hollingsworth called MCS ""a high-quality company"" and a ""centerpiece in our efforts to provide quality jobs in the future.""

The company has already filled several full- and part-time positions for residents as well as university students, and says this week's ribbon cutting signifies the start of what MCS expects to be a lasting relationship with area residents and the university.
