""Bankers Real Estate Services (BRES) Advisors Inc."":http://www.bresadvisors.com, a California analytics and transaction execution company, has introduced an evaluation product to the real estate owned (REO) market that determines the properties' end game, the company said in a press statement.
Utilizing historical, current, and forecasted data which combines property, REO owner, and market-specific information, BRES Advisors develops a resolution strategy for clients which includes four options: holding properties, selling through realtors, utilizing local property auctions, or bulk selling of properties.
The company's analytic tools can project investment movement, cash flows, property sales, and return. Analytics provide a divestiture strategy for each portfolio and can be utilized by owners of REO properties or potential purchasers of REO properties in accordance with their strategy. Each client's specific priorities and strategies can be tested to measure divestiture results, the company explained.
