Encore Retail Names VP and Director of Leasing

Nelson brings over 25 years' experience in retail, office, medical, and industrial assets to his new position. As VP and director of leasing, he will be responsible for all leasing transactions across the nation and will be an integral part of the acquisition, development, or redevelopment opportunities the firm pursues.

Prior to joining Encore Retail, Nelson was managing director at ""RM Crowe."":http://www.rmcrowe.com/ There, he sourced new leasing and management assignments and focused on real estate solutions for national and international investors in the Southwest region. In addition, Nelson was the COO of the company for five years, during which he was responsible for all aspects of operations, leasing, construction, client/lender relationships, and investment research for 5.3 million square feet of commercial property across a multi-state region.
